AgVis has been in development for several years and is currently in trials and final development. Development has been managed by Outsource Technical Concepts (ostc.ie), a company with 15 years of successful design and manufacture support provided to many of the leading global medical device companies. The OSTC team’s farming backgrounds have nurtured a real interest in redeploying the skills and expertise gained within the medical devices area and applying these to benefit livestock husbandry and modern farm business practices.
